Don’t forget to have HVAC machine maintenance in your budget
Whether you call it an emergency fund or a Heating plus A/C machine fund, don’t forget to put aside a few dollars each payday
Since I am now in my fifties, I always pay special attention to budgeting. When I was quite a bit younger, I particularly didn’t have any budgeting practices going on with my life. That is mostly because I never particularly made a wonderful salary. Even though I am properly educated, I live in a particular section of the country where salaries are low. Not to mention, I didn’t particularly understand how to get a single one of those corporate jobs that pays incredibly well. Now, I finally bring in more money than I even spend, so I am trying to save so I can semi-retire in so many years. But I have to admit, budgeting is not the easiest thing to do. It is taxing to come up with a proper budget, plus it is even more taxing to stick to it. One thing I never considered in the beginning was budgeting for Heating plus A/C machine repairs. Like many others, I just took the a/c machine completely for granted. I live in the South, plus my a/c machine runs virtually nonstop for at least 8 months a year. Think about it – if you worked nonstop for more than eight months in a year, you would totally break down. Well, your Heating plus A/C machine is going to, also! It may not be next month, however at some point, you can be sure that you will have to call in the Heating plus A/C machine repair crew to see why your temperature control setting is impossible for your heating machine or a/c to reach. If you want to remain secure plus not be driven into a panic at the idea of calling in the heating plus cooling machine repair people, it is a good idea to have a good amount of money set aside just for this purpose. Whether you call it an emergency fund or a Heating plus A/C machine fund, don’t forget to put aside a few dollars each payday. I promise if you get into this particular habit, you will be able to deal with an unexpected Heating plus A/C machine problem.
