Making a positive difference in health with a simple air filter
The method entirely made a strenuous right turn this year with all of the fallout from the horrible pandemic.
My schedule which I worked to perfect for numerous years was totally shredded.
There was no more grabbing the great Tim Hortons Cappuccino and a treat for the commute to my place of work. That office with the customizable Heating and Air Conditioning device was gone. My youngsters were studying from the household as I tried to find a suitable location to work. That routine that I subconsciously depended on was basically gone in a flash. And sincerely, I don’t really know if it will ever come back. At least not the way it was. I’m even hearing talk that the company may just switch to laboring remotely altogether. That means I could end up at home laboring in the Heating and Air Conditioning for approximately 3 or 4 days a week. It absolutely makes you take stock in how utterly fragile all our lives genuinely are. However, instead of being all bitter about everything, I’ve rolled with it. Life has to come with some amount of flexibility or change will totally roll right over you. So, I did find a location to make my office and I came to learn more about being an attentive hubby and father while at home all of these months. Perhaps there will be some positives that come out of this pandemic. I certainly hope so. One change that will stay is the quality indoor air. At the start of all this, I was able to learn that quality indoor air was key to an excellent immune response. Of course, I ordered some HEPA filters to upgrade the cheap paper Heating and Air Conditioning air filters I had regularly used. That change has been a positive one and we have the best indoor air we’ve ever experienced in this household.
